I'm preparing my third FBA shipment to Amazon right now and know firsthand just how daunting this stuff can seem in the beginning. But Frank's book strips away most of the confusion and HUGELY simplifies things for new FBA sellers like me. I didn't understand Amazon's online interface at first, but Frank cleared it up in simple, easy-to-follow steps that saved me hours of frustration when I began doing this a few months ago. That alone was well worth the price!The tips on preparing used inventory for sale on Amazon should be printed out and put where you can see them while you work on your shipment. I followed Frank's advice, and so far with over 100 USED items sold, I have a 100 percent positive quality rating and zero returns. This little book was worth the purchase for me. It got me started using FBA and has given me an outlet to sell a variety of goods for premium prices...prices I'd find HARD to get on eBay. It was a shortcut for me, to clear out my garage and storage, and...that was what I needed. I had my first sale less than a week after getting things listed. I read the portions of the book that applied to what I planned to do. It was worth the purchase price for me.

This is an excellent informative book. The book helped me to justify why it is a good idea to become an seller. A helpful guide for persons who seek to learn further about FBA..the guide informs persons how to set up an account, how to sign up for a seller account and further how to list products on FBA. Starting a business via is easier compared to creating one yourself. Through FBA, everything is handled by and all you have to do is just follow the procedures properly like product descriptions, upc, etc. Awesome book.
Having read several e-books and physical books on FBA, this is one of the best I have........why? because it is not dry, textbook, educational - yawn - that puts readers to sleep. This book is like a favorite brother (or sister) helping you understand something that may have seemed too hard to try, and now you "get it" and can't wait to jump in too. The book covers everything a beginning FBA seller might ask about - what is FBA? Why would anyone want to do that? How can I get started? Where do you find inventory? Frank goes over each start up page, each form that needs to be filled out, and he offers tips and short cuts to avoid the pit falls you don't even know about yet. Yes, has fees, but where else can you sell something while on vacation, have it packed & shipped for you, before you even get off the beach? The bottom line is this you might make a small amount on each item you sell, but as a seasoned Garage Saler, I know you make a whole lot less in your driveway, and as Frank says take that small amount and multiply it by 100 or 200 and then you'll be glad you read this book and got started!
There is plenty of fluff at the beginning, so much I almost gave up, thank heavens for skimming. Then he gets into the meat of it, slow pedantic style ( He might attribute that to thoroughness, to do extent I would not disagree). Know that if you do this venture you will almost certainly buy two of his other products. This is the reason I don't give 4 stars, I dislike Trojan horses.
However if I thought I was going to do this, I,would buy the products as a matter of course. I think he guy is on the level.
Bottom line, if I had the stomach for the administration side of this business I would do FBA I think it sounds like a solid business and this is a reasonable introduction.
While the information is a little outdated, it's hard to keep such info "up to the minute." changes their procedures as often as a 15 year old girl changes clothes. The author HAS updated the book recently. Yes, he does tout a couple of his services, but they are germane to selling on . The BEST PART is that the author tells you SPECIFICALLY HOW TO DO THE JOB step by step instead of just giving a general idea. To top it off, he does it all go less than a buck! I'll definitely read his other books. Glad I got this one, don't know why I didn't get to it sooner.
The title is a little misleading. It really should be called, "Amazing How to get Set up and Sell Books" As selling books is the most used example shown in the book.
It really should have expanded into other areas, such as Home and Kitchen, Games, Clothes etc, but as the author sells books, I feel it should have been mentioned within the title or sub title of the book.
The book does a good job in explaining setting up the account, but don't expect a detailed process of writing up a sales page to entice a buyer, or what keywords you need to use and how to use bullet points. You will need a far more in depth book on those subjects.
It lacks images, which would be a massive bonus to have, showing the process of how to go about setting up a sellers account.
It's a nice introduction to the subject of selling on but not enough gritty material to help you finish the journey confidently.
