I had bought this book awhile back but for some odd reason it got list in the shuffle of my book TBR list. This book is Cinderella meets Maid in Manhattan with a twist. It has just enough reality to not make it a fairytale.

As a reader aspects will feel over dramatic (like driving over 60mph was suppose to be scary or death defying), the characters are flawed and you will get frustrated at points with the back and forth he loves me loves me not. That being said: if you like your billionaire romance to build into a relationship and not instantly then this book will be a good fit.

I liked how despite there being fairytale elements I wanted to know more about what happens next. I want the couple to withstand the obstacles.

I recommend this series to individuals who enjoy a fairytale like romance.

Excellent!!! Kept me guessing what, who and why to the point that I couldn't put it down!

I read some reviews before reading this book...Some great and some meh.. I decided to read for myself and make up MY own mind about this book. I am so very glad that I did!

First... Let me start off with this.. It is a series.. A fictional story. I don't read fiction because I expect REAL life.. That's just silly.. It is a story after all.. Something that a person made up! However, this book has a great story line and as with most series.. The first book is usually a get to know the characters... an introduction so to speak. In this book..which is book one of the trilogy, I found that to be true as well, but so much more. I find that the main female character Nina may have some insecurities, but is obviously a smart, every day woman just trying to live life as best she can while working at an art gallery until she is able to gain more experience to move up in the art world that she loves so much. While working one evening, Nina comes across the very rich, very mysterious, very handsome owner of many hotels...by the name of Tristan Stone. She has caught his attention while she is working at the art gallery's function and vice versa..Even though Tristan has a date for the evening during this brief encounter with Nina......Tristan has now decided that he must meet Nina..

And with that.....lets just say....is the start of a whole book full of passion, love, insecurity, jealously, mystery and drama!

Tristan and Nina have fire together! How anyone can say that they don't? Well, I guess to each is own.. I suppose, but do find out for yourself. I did... and I by no means regret doing so. There is a cliffhanger at the end but, it's followed up with an epilogue that is a great set up for the second book, Fall Into Me that I hear will be out before Christmas.

While reading this book...I felt the emotions with Nina. I can see how someone might look at her character as a push over, but I didn't think that way about her at all. I felt that she was naive at times and while reading her POV in this story, I felt her feelings in the pages.. I read and I understood why she felt and did the things she did. Tristan? He may come off as domineering and very controlling, but if read and interpreted as I did.. You will see a little bit of why he is this way by the end of the story.

I'm looking forward to reading the next installment of this trilogy and I hope that it keeps me as enthralled as Crash Into Me did.

Read it for yourself. You won't be sorry that you started this series. I'm positive that Ms. Scott has a lot more in store for the readers come book two and three and I for one can't wait to find out what!
Nina works at a local art museum. She has an eye for it that goes unnoticed by most of those around her. Tristan likes to buy art. He has an expensive eye. When he notices how much Nina knows about art & detail, he has to have her. Anyway possible. She thinks he's too good for her, abound he thinks he's not good enough for her. Once they start mingling, sparks fly. But some times secrets can haunt. Their love for eachother outweighs all their struggles. The way the characters draw you in and the way their story flows, you won't want to put this book down until you know all the details. I consider this a modern day fairytale. It's got it all. Love. Heartbreak. Forgiveness. Mystery. An awesome read!
The romance of Tristan and Nina is perfect escapist fare for the reader who longs to be desperately stupid and swept off her feet by a rich sociopath. Extra star for the comedy value.
I've been wanting to read this series for a long time, finally got time for it and loving so far.

At the beginning, there's a lot of things that might confuse you, I mean the way Tristan finds Nina, the way he takes her for granted, the way she let herself fall for him... but at the same time you can feel that there's a reason for this, this will be unveiled in other books for sure.

Now, there's definitely something intriguing about Tristan. He's keeping a lot of secrets for sure and that entwined with the way he acts toward Nina, that alpha-male, powerful, sexy man vibe, will make you eat the book like a starved woman, so you can see more and more of what will happen next.

Perfect story with a lot of angst, romance and sexy scenes that will leave you breathless!
I absolutely adore this series. This was one of the series that made me want to be a part of the book world. It made me want to become a blogger and made me want to learn more about the authors and their work.

Tristan has definitely been one of the characters at the top of my book boyfriend list for a very long time. I love the power he exudes and the mystery. I also love the vulnerable side that he shows to Nina. Nina took me a little longer to like, but in the end, I absolutely loved them both together so much.

This is not just a regular romance story or billionaire story for that matter. It is a fresh take with suspense and mystery and definitely some twists that will bring you back to wanting to read more!

I can't say enough about how much I love these books and this author. I definitely look forward to reading much much more from her.
